The Doctor's House - take time for a real vacation!
If you really want to experience Sozopol you have to immerse yourself in the city’s old quarter – with its panoramic sea views, souk-like cobbled streets, timber-clad houses and coastal rocks that had been rendered a wonderful golden-brown by the salty water. This beautiful building, with its wooden façade, large French windows and spacious (20 sq. m.) balconies stands right above the city’s ancient fortification wall and the gate leading to the once Greek-owned Apollonia (present-day Sozopol). You can meet the sunrise here or bid the sunset goodbye, comfortably seated on one of the balconies that overlook the sea, or by taking the staircase at the side of the house and heading down to the rocky beach.
